Well now Susan Garrett is calling it Recallers. She had an introduction program last week or the week before. She was in Germany and now came back and since many people hadn't signed up, she is extending the sign up period with supposedly a better price. She is charging $499.00. Since many people have complained about the price and hoped for a payment plan, SG decided to charge $99 for 7 months. SG is charging $200 interest for a payment plan of 7 months for $499.00. LOL! $499.00 is supposedly the discounted rate. I think most people wanted to pay the $499 over 12 months which is what the membership is for. No, I did not sign up. Tonight at midnight, PST the discounted signups close.

This is your first post to the forum? Perhaps you could introduce yourself and your dogs?

This course may not be for you, but many obviously welcome the opportunity to learn from her. She is a world renowned trainer and offers excellent instruction.

It's funny to me how people always find things to complain about. It's not unusual to have a deeply discounted price for paying all at one time, and expect to pay more if you pay monthly payments.

I found enough value in the course to sign up, and I'm still finding value. If it's not for you, then it's not for you.

And I don't see anything about $200 interest. There is no interest for paying monthly - you just aren't getting the discount you'd get for paying for the entire payment up front.

QVC and other home shopping networks use the same business model.

So I did decide to sign up, but after putting my credit card info in I wasn't sure where to do the login/ logout. long story short I think I timed myself out by taking too long with this, but wasn't sure and didn't want to risk double billing by doing it again . So, no e- mail verification last night or today.
I really do like her methods and if yet another chance comes up I will definitely go for it.

I was repeating what many people were stating on facebook. People had asked if they could pay the fee in installments. So when she reopened the class since there was difficulty in enrolling for some, she added the installment option but it would be $200 extra for the class. This did not sit well with some people that asked for installments. I was not saying that the class was not worthwhile but for some the cost is a stretch especially since you can either have a lower price and get more people involved or a higher price with a select few(er). When I found out about the class, I really didn't know much about it. There were a few days left for me to make a decision and I opted not to do it after I discussed this with my husband. Nothing negative with Susan Garrett but it was my choice and not an indication of whether the class is worthwhile but more a matter of cost. BTW, my golden was a rescue puppy. Hope this clears up any questions or comments.

My golden rescue pup is less than 5 months old and I've had him almost 6 weeks. He was neutered at 3 months with his declaws remaining. My understanding was that the backyard breeder mates her dogs and then sells them at 4 weeks so this rescue takes them from her for a fee. I really don't understand why there is no law against selling 4 week old puppies. After talking with the rescue, they suggested this particular puppy since I was home and I didn't have young children. I recently lost my boxer to cancer. And I just want to mention that I neuter or spay my dogs but I prefer not to do it at such a young age. This is my first golden. I've had 3 boxers and 4 yorkies prior. My male pup is very friendly, play with his toys, loves treats and thrives by being a Velcro pup which is exactly what we had hoped for.

I think I explained my comment about Susan Garrett and her fees in my above post.
