Okay, so I find all the ingredients I need to start cooking one meal a day for my two using "the recipe" and then I start thinking... do I purchase powdered bone meal, brewers yeast and dried kelp? Some of this comes in liquid form. It could be I didn't read everything I should have. I have a headache...

I have a headache too Kim. As far as liquid vs powder....hmmmm, good question! I haven't even shopped for all the stuff yet. Maybe this weekend. Maybe I will wait and let you figure all of it out first!!! ;)
It's all available online and it's not that expensive. I would by it from a site who sells human grade products. Don't know if that will help?

I have not a clue on mixing up a batch of food, I do have a book coming though so can't wait for it too get here. It is for my back up plan for when and if another food recall comes in again, which I hope it never does.'

Where does one buy all that stuff? At a natural health food store?
I was able to find everything on vitaminshoppe.com. The local health food store didn't have what I wanted.

Ok, thanks Kimm! I will remember that addy, i'm just waiting for recipes from the book. I know nothing about this...
I'm sure there are other online companies who sell it, too. I just happened to find this one first. Bone meal can be used instead of calcium carbonate. I didn't buy the calcium carbonate (which you can buy in the local HFS or Grocery stores) because it all had Vitamin D in it and I wasn't sure if it should have it or not. Ugh...........

Wheat germ can be found in grocery stores. At least you could by it there in the dark ages.
