Hi there! Four months is the age where they blow puppy coat and start their adult coat Looking at her parents, I don't think she'll have an especially long coat though.

Very cute pup! Yeah I don’t think she will be super long haired but I can see random pieces of hair throughout her body that are like way longer than the rest. I think she’ll be a mix between mom and dad!

 

Dad doesn’t have much coat. Mom has a more typical golden coat. She probably won’t get an especially long or thick coat, but it’ll keep growing in as she gets bigger.

 

Yeah I thought the same thing , she has some random long hairs throughout coming through but I’m sure she will be a mix between mom and dad for hair length the way it is growing in so far!

 

Dad's coat isn't especially long, but he's a handsome boy! Mom looks like she has more coat. Myla is very pretty and looks so sweet. I love the action shot.

And now -- he's nine and a half months, so still an adolescent. His coat is still coming in for a while:

The parents don’t seem to have long, thick coats, so she may always have a shorter coat. She’s adorable though! Here’s my boy at four months and now. He’s still growing in his adult coat.

 

Wow beautiful dog!! The parents definitely have long hair so your pup was destined for it! I hope my girl gets longer hair I’m sure it won’t be that long, but she is starting to get the wavyness on her back and I can see longer hairs coming in throughout her body randomly !

 

And here are his parents. He comes from grand champion show lines and both parents have nice coats.
