I know this has been an issue in the past but I have never gotten one on my work PC (they're so bad on my iPad that I don't try to read the forum at home). Anyway, today is the first time I have ever gotten one of these at work...

Have you cleared cookies and your cache? I used to get a popup saying "cookies cleared" from the forum, but no longer see it after I log out. I found that all cookies were never cleared, and I had to do it manually with a cookie manager. On a Win10 PC, the Super Cookies are a major potential problem, and they are more difficult to remove. I posted this in the tech forum here, but to date there has been no answer; so I will do what I think is needed to protect this computer from cookies that remain after logging out. (as in destroy them). Mac software used to be better at keeping them at bay, but Apple users too are getting plastered. (I also have an Imac with OSX that is not connected to the net....ever!)

At work, I would imagine that the system admin will be happy to help you out:smile2:

I had problems with my old phone. I never did figure it out. I recently got a new one and haven't had any issues since. Not that it matters, but they are both iPhones.

We've had reports of these ads across a few of our sites and we are currently working on a fix. If you are experiencing these please pass on the URL links so we can work on blocking them. Also if you're feeling comfortable enough with your Desktop, please PM us and we'll coach you on capturing the HAR file. If we can capture this, we can work to nip tis problem in the bud.

Same here! I stopped coming to the forums because I was afraid of getting a bug on my devices. So far tonight I’ve been lucky, but have only been on about :20 min.
Unfortunately they will soon return, as you use your phone on the net.

Hopefully these will help. (all FREE) :grin2:

Thanx @Lori Dwyer

It is also advisable to clear out the cache etc regularly, if for nothing else then to keep your equipment operating to its fullest capacity. Cookies etc, will slow your device down, and need to begone.

In days of old (before Iphone), Apple had very little market share, and the spammers etc, had little interest..Today its a totally different story unfortunately.
