Bless his sweet little heart, the other night I had a horrible migraine, so I laid down on the couch. 2 seconds later here comes Murphy to plop on top of me, lol. He still doesn't grasp that mommy doesn't feel good, and I'm just wondering when they start to figure that out.

I suspect Murphy knows already that you are not feeling well. He just thinks snuggling as close as possible to you will be the best medicine.

It felt like it took Bogey a REALLY long time. When I would get sick during his first year I had my husband take him to doggy daycare. Otherwise Bogey thought I was home to play with him and wouldn't let me rest. Now, at 20 months, he gets it totally.

I agree I think he knows you don't feel good and he's trying to do something.

Whenever I bawl my head off mine comes right over to comfort me. They are alot smarter than we even know. Hope you feel better.

I love him to death, he is such a sweetie. I just don't think he grasps that when I doesn't feel good a big ol' heavy puppy laying on my stomach doesn't exactly make my nausea go away, lol.
