hello every1...my gonzo had what i assume to b a bug bite on his back. well today it opend up to a dime sized hole....ouch..he isnt all busted up over it but what can i do...can it be a tic? im lost....need help

Sounds like a hot spot. Get him to the vet for treatment. It's not life threatening if it is a hot spot, but he will need treatment.

It sounds like it could be a cyst that has burst or a tick bite. Either way he needs to go to the vet. Did it look like a bug bite and feel like there was something under the skin?

That's sounds like a cyst that burst to me. Duke had one when he was six months old. Your best bet is to take him to the vet and have it checked.
