Hello,

My golden is almost 10. Over the last 2.5 months, he has been throwing him a little white foam in the morning before he is fed. This only happens 2-3 times per month.

(His only other change is that he walks very slow. This started about 6 months ago.)

Other than this, he behaves normally. He still goes up and down stairs. He still has his appetite. He still defactes as usual.

Please let me know if you have experienced this and what you did about it.

Could be a little acid stomach from being empty after overnight having no meals. I would check with your vet because acid indigestion is uncomfortable and sometimes pepcid can help. But check with your vet to be sure it isn't something else.

Thank you. It seems like this is part of a bigger problem, possibly gastric and large intestine enteritis. He also has pancreatitis and splenomegaly.

Do you (or anyone else) have experience with this in your golden?
