FOUND MALE GOLDEN RETRIEVER - He was found on Scotts Street in Portsmouth VA. Was wearing a navy blue collar with NO tags. He is NOT microchipped. He was VERY skinny and possibly sick. Appeared to have been lost for some time. Animal Control picked him up and he is currently at the Portsmouth Humane Society located on Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth.
