I was baking pumpkin and oatmeal cookies for Lucca and there were some flour mixed with pumpkin and oats left and I threw them into the dustbin. When I left the house for less than 5 min to collect the mail, Lucca ate up the uncooked white flour+pumpkin+oats from the dustbin!!! First time he has dug something from the dustbin to eat! Is it poisonous to eat uncooked unbleached white flour mixed with pumpkin and oats?

No it shouldn't be a problem. I've heard of problems with dogs that eat a lot of uncooked bread dough, but that's the yeast that causes the problems. I give my dogs bits of dough all the time (OK, not all the time because I don't cook that much, but whenever I *do* cook). If there was much of the dough left in the bin, he might get a bit of a tummy ache just because he ate something he wasn't used too, but it shouldn't be poisonous.
