Charlie seems to have a never ending itch under his chin but it gets much worse in the summer months. Now, we are in the midst of a heatwave so he is really itching. I mean... I litterally have to trype with one hand and scratch his chin with the other.... all day long! So..... we found a way to keep the area cool and dry and I made a short video on the subject.
