Now that Duke has been had cancerous growths on his tongue and eyelids we're extremely vigilant about anything we see. We just noticed today this tiny black growth on his bottom lip (see pic). Has anyone seen this before?

They can go either way...........your Vet may want to biopsy it.
It may be nothing serious, but I think the sooner you have it checked the better.

I would say with his history, I would go straight to the vet for any growth. Hopefully, it will just be nothing. My last dog had various lumps and warts in old age that were all benign but I always liked to have them checked.

That one actually looks like a skin tag to me - Shala had one exactly like that. My vet said it would fall off in a few weeks, and it did.
That said, given your dog's history, I would probably just confirm with the vet that it is indeed a benign skin tag.
