Took him to the doggie shop today for the first time ever, he was a bit scared of the floor surface because of his weak legs but enjoyed I think, here he is picking a toy.

He is so cute looking at all the pet toys. Did it take him a long time to find the perfect one. I remember taking Scout (foster) to the petsmart and he looked and then just grabbed one off the shelf. Then I showed him another toy and he tried to put that one in his mouth too so I bought both.

Your saying Ted was a bit frightened by the floor surface reminds me of another tip for his DM symptoms. Get rubber-backed rugs if you have tile or hardwood floors. Those surfaces make it difficult to keep his feet under him, and having a place to "land" that doesn't slide will help his confidence. Since you're in the UK, I can't advise on where to go for such rugs It looks like handsome Ted is quite happy with his new treasure
