hello evrybody,
my little puppy is started up moods of aggresion. for the past month or so she has been grawling and snapping at me im not sure what to do
like when shes in the kitchen and we try to take her out becouse she jumps up and eats food off the tabble she'l turn and snap or growl
or especialy when she on the couch and either chewing a bone or just laying there she growl at us whe n we try to pull her off
...its manly when she wants somthing realy bad she growl acousines snap like bout 5 min ago i pulled her away from spilled cat food and she growld
remeber when she does snap she doesnt try to bite she just snaps
plz help me any advice would be great thanks

Sounds like time for "Nothing in Life is Free" training. You should start handfeeding every piece of kibble she eats. It is a bit of a pain but really doesn't take that long. I had to do the same thing with my Oakly when he was a pup.

How old is your puppy? It sounds like your puppy is trying to be the boss. There are a lot of people who will give you great advice! Just like Oaklys dad, I hand feed my puppy and do the nothing in life is free method. I'm having a little problem with my Bailey girl growling at my 6 year old. I'm having a behavior specialist come out to the house to teach me how to deal with it.

Do you have a crate/kennel? I would definatly crate your puppy during dinner time to avoid her jumping up on the table until you can get her to respect you. I would be very nervous about the snapping. Growling and snapping is a warning and could lead to biting. Have you thought about taking your puppy to obedience class?

yes we do
im going to be in 4-h with her but it doesnt startt until february but it has defintly got better she used to growl a lot worse she is defently inproving
but ya i think putting her in her kennel would be a very good idea
but do u think i should realy be woried about it?!??!??!??!? im realy scared already the first day she growled at me i cryed all day

This isn't something you should ignore. I'm having similar issues, but with my 6 year old and my Bailey is 5 months old too. There are people here that can help you. If you don't get a reply in this thread, repost this issue in the behavior forum.

What do you do when she growls and snaps? What kind of reaction or discipline?

Somewhere along the line, she's learned she can do this and get away with it.

ur probably right she has gotten away with it becouse iv been afraid a few time:doh:
well any way iv been working very hard with her shes doing alot better

usualy when she does that she has her leash on so i can pul her down(or away) frommm what ever she eating then i put he out side teling her very strongly or kenneling her
i dont know what else i shold do maybe tell her no and show her, her food

I think you need to find a good obedience class with an instructor who can give you some solid techniques and alternatives.

IMO, putting her on her side will likely backfire.

General training and good management will go a long way. You can also search old threads on the topic of resource guarding b/c it sounds like there's a fair bit of that going on -- growling over spilled cat food, her bone, the couch, etc.

Search for "Nothing in Life is Free" on the internet. These are good techniques for teaching puppies their place in your family and will help her learn everything she gets comes from you when she obeys.
