staph infections

My dog Duke gets frequent skin staph infections, can anyone recommend a food or supplement or maybe grooming tips to help prevent these?

Seriously, Betty has the best advice here. Abby fought staph because of her allergies for years. Now I have the big spray bottle of Microtek and I say "Abby, want your tummy sprayed?" and she lays down, rolls over and closes her eyes in bliss. Try it and good luck!
