Puppy was spayed 7 days ago and I just wanted to make sure the incision is healing properly. Does this look OK?

I'm no expert but I think it looks good.

There doesn't appear to be any swelling or redness.

That looks really good to me. Maya still had some redness at 7 days--because that's when the staples came out. I'd think about removing the cone, as long as she doesn't go at it!

The incision looks good to me. My Amber never wore a collar and she never licked it. If your pup hasn't tried by now, she probably won't.

I think it looks good. I never had to use a cone with Lily. I think you could try taking cone off. If she trys to lick it constantly then put it back on. Good luck!!

The cone was off for about 3 hours and she did not try to lick it even once. But I got paranoid anyways and put the cone back on before bedtime :doh: we'll just hang in there for 7 more days

Lola's scar is in the same exact place. Only see a little line now. It looks fine.
