Hi all,

Newbie here, so forgive me if I'm out of line.

Found a breeder who has excellent references, and answered questions to my satisfaction. I think I've done my research and everything seems OK, but is there something else I should be doing, or am I overthinking (as usual)?

Here is the K9data info of the puppy - Pedigree: Vegas x Kensie

I've also checked the OFA website up to the great grandparents, and to my novice eyes all looks good.

Thanks in advance for your help.

It all looks pretty good. Be aware that it looks as if the sire has produced at least 4 puppies with some degree of hip dysplasia and one with elbow dysplasia. The dam has one full sibling that failed hips and 3 half-siblings who failed, though she passed with fair hips, and appears to have produced passing hips in all offspring reported that are better than her own. I haven't looked at the rest of the tests. But this is fairly common, and looks like an acceptable litter to my eyes. Of course, everyone has their own level of comfort, but this breeding does not make me uncomfortable.

Plus, these look like they will be beautiful dogs.

Good job.
