Good morning fellow Golden Retriever owners 🐕,

I did some research on the forum about this topic, but the few posts I found were from over a decade ago. An opportunity to bring the topic back and possibly get some more recent feedback.

Two nights ago, our 3.5 months old puppy started to grind his teeth at night. Sometimes, it sounds like he's chewing or crunching his own teeth, without even moving his mouth.

Despite the fact that it is very unpleasant to hear, should I be concerned about this? Or is it part of the teething process?

I've had a few dogs that have clicked their teeth or suck their tongue when sleeping but never grinding.

I've heard our dogs (Goldens and non Goldens) do that at that age and it was when their pre molars and molars were loose/coming out.
