I have a problem every time I try to brush my 13 week old puppy. The problem is she thinks it's a game and tries to bite the brush,so I can't brush the front of her.I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks :)

Try lots of treats and toys, I read somewhere that some people smear peanut butter on their refrigerator door, and the pup licks it off as it is being groomed! I dont do this myself as Meg is groomed outside, as she sheds quite a lot. I do think distracting the pup with a toy or such works well though, this was the case with Meg, but she has outgrown this and now she just lays on her back and thoroughly enjoys it!

I had the same problem. Micah would try to chew on the brush everytime I brush him. He doesn't do that anymore.

Because I give him a rawhide everytime I brush him, so he usually chews quietly and I'll brush him. No problems at all :D.
