cute. Does he not jump? steps only? My noah does the same thing, even paddles the water to try and make it move towards the edge.

No, he won't jump at all. I think he wants to, but it freaks him out a bit. If he saw another dog do it, he might.

That is Bama. He will wait and wait till the ball goes around and comes back again. But Pawley jumps right in when he sees one floating.
