Pink spots on snout

Anybody know what these are? Just noticed recently like the last 2 days. He has been nosing around outside in the grass in our backyard a lot more than usual. He’s acting totally fine.

Thanks, I guess we will keep an eye on it, he isn’t scratching it and it isn’t raised like a rash. Must be from the grasses he keeps sticking his snoot into!
