Nutri-Vet makes pills to stop yellowing of the grass caused by urination. They are called "Green Grass" and are made mostly of natural ingredients (dried milk, dried tomato, dried whey, liver meal, etc). I'm just curious if anyone has used these or heard anything about them and if they are safe or not? We got some but I wanted to wait to give them to Jacky-pie until I hear what others have to say about suppliments of this sort. All the reviews I have read online have said they have been giving them to their pet for years and they are OK, but I trust you guys more ;). Thank you!

I believe that anything you put into your dogs body to alter the pH balance of their urine...must be doing other things as well that we may not be aware of. I would rather have yellow spots, personally...

Personally I would not use them. From everything that I have heard from people that buy them it was a waste of money. The easiest thing that I have had that works is water. Get a watering can and pour it on the spot after they pee.
