While looking for another picture, I came across some of my favorites. I'd like to share.

This was always her favorite sleeping place.

A nap after a hard play time

Can I come in the family room? I promise not to pee on the white carpet.

Six months and 20 days

She loves to play junk yard dog on the bed. All show, she would never close her mouth on anybody!

Nice pics! Ike and Sam had a similar sleeping place, under our coffee table top. Came to the point where their bodies would no longer fit and they'd lay their heads there and look around like 'what's wrong here?'

I love that you call it junkyard dog! Molson loves that game too, but we call it "Protect the bed" (stupid name). hehe

Hey Paula, our Angel Polly used to sleep under the kitchen chairs: typical, open leg structure with a cross brace. It was a safe place to 'hide'. When she got big and was 'afraid' she'd stick her head under the chair brace with her big, Golden hiney sticking up in the air. I'd go around and look her in the eye and tell her: I can still SEE you. :smooch:

Cute pictures! Does Penny still sit in your DH's lap? Phoebe still wants to sit right on our laps...doesn't quite get she's not an itty bitty anymore. It's fine with all of us here, but keeping her off company can be a problem sometimes.

I can see why that was Penny's favorite sleeping spot. It just looks so comfortable.

That was the only time she fell asleep on someone's lap. For a while, if she got scared...like Dad got out the brushes...she'd come over and climb right up into my lap. I loved it and encouraged it. But, sadly, she's not a cuddler. The junk yard dog picture is more representative of her opinion of a good time.

We play like that every night on the couch. I call it the 'paw slap' game. I hold my hand out, palm up and she stares at my until suddenly she slaps my hand with her paw. We do that a few times until she breaks down and attacks my hand and arm. I bury her head in her coverlet and tickle her nose. Drives her nuts. Every night! :uhoh:
