It is so true! Fall is the perfect palette. You are so lucky to have such wonderful colors in the fall. We had a very hard freeze right before things started changing colors, thus not much color this fall. Very sad! Thanks for sharing your pictures!

Wow - those pictures are gorgeous! Looks like everyone had a great time.
That area reminds me a bit of our metropark system here in northern Ohio. Which, sadly, we never visit. I think that might be exactly what we need to do this weekend, if the weather clears up.

Martha, this is about 30 minutes from home and my fav close camping spot. We started tent camping there when the kids were little and have progressed from tent to VW camper van to RV...lots of good memories!

Nothing like the smell of the woods and sunshine and the top of the girl's heads on days like these, lol :smooch:
