A friend of mine has an 9 1/2 week old golden puppy. She has noticed that on his two front legs the top two pads are attached to each other near the bottom.

Personally, I have never seen this before and was wondering if any of you had.

She's concerned that as he grows, it could be painful or cause problems when he walks.

She has an appt booked with her vet for his next set of shots - is this something that she should be concerned about now or is waiting the 2 weeks for the appt OK.

Thanks ahead of time for any responses :)

I have seen a couple dogs like this, and in those dogs (adults) there was not an issue. Can you post a picture?

It's normal. Water dogs = webbed feet
This is just an extension of that. Most goldens have it from some degree to another.
