She sounds like she is pregnant. Once the kitties are born, I would get her spayed. Cats can reproduce so fast. And get all the kitties fixed too. Is there a rescue group in your area that spays/neuters feral cats.

Take her to the vet. She could be pregnant but there are other, some life threatening, medical problems she could be having. And please please get her spayed. I have 10 cats in my house that would have otherwise died because people keep letting their cats reproduce. She can be spayed now also and prevent unwanted kittens.

There is a very good possibility that she could be pregnant if she has not been spayed and you let her outside. That would be my first guess. There also could be some underlying medical condition causing her to bloat, but it sounds like she is most likely pregnant, especially if her nipples are swelling. Either way, you need to get her to the vet as soon as possible and you really, really need to get her spayed.

I would also strongly suggest not letting her outside for her own safety. Indoor cats tend to live much longer than outdoor cats.

My family took in a stray and she was pregnent in no time flat!!! I swear cats are fertile. Take her in the vet and get it confirmed or see if something else is going on.

My stray kitty had the most beautiful little babies...we found homes for them very quickly. And then we had her spade pronto.

Sounds like you have a litter on the way.
She an adn will get pregnant again WHILE NURSING, so as soon as her milk dries you really do need to get her spayed. Hopefully there are low cost programs in your area.
BTW, thanks for taking her in. Too many die on the streets and in the woods once they are abandoned.
