Jay, Molson and I spent our long weekend at our family cottage with my mom, stepdad and their dog Skoker.

As always, the dogs had a great time playing fetch, chasing each other, swimming, running, hiking and exploring our existing 100 acre property, along with the 100 acre property adjacent to us that we just bought earlier this season.

I took 500 pics with the new camera this weekend (gotta make sure I like it before the return policy is up next week ) and I had a REALLY hard time narrowing down the pics I wanted to share! I managed to get it down to 28... so grab a coffee and I hope you enjoy

My mom, Molson, Skoker and I headed out in the paddleboat to the raft in the middle of our lake. Molson went overboard in pursuit of a lillypad :doh: but swam out there, following the paddleboat the whole way. About 30 feet from the raft, Skoker started to go crazy jumping from side to side, front to back on my mom and I, trying to pull Molson back in the boat (aww!) but we just gave him a little nudge to jump in and I guess he didn't like that so he swam back to shore - but stopped off at one of the islands for a quick glance back!

Skoker is that you on the island out there?

oh my goodness, those pics were definitely worth the wait Molson has the most beautiful, expressive eyes EVER!! Him and skoker look like they just had a blast! I think your camera is a keeper for sure

I will look at the pictures again more closely tomorrow, but right now my eyes are glazing over... see you guys in 13!!!

Beautiful pictures! Looks like you had a great time trying out your new camera. Molson looks like such a big boy in some of these and then still a puppy in others. What a sweetie! Awesome that you get another huge property to romp and play on! I'm jealous!
