I just got a bag of these from the store because as of last night Riker is chewing on ANYTHING he can get close to his face. He is happily laying under my desk while i surf the net chewing on his new frozen bone. So when they give up on it, do you toss it back into the freezer for the next go around? not sure what to do with it when he's not chewing

Our breeder said that she keeps her bones in the freezer and gives them to the dogs frozen; that cooking can make them spur.
The meat guy at the grocery store said this past weekend to cook them for about 2 minutes to kill any bacteria.
