I don't know! I do not know if dogs can get bloat like pigs and cattle, but this is what it looks like in those animals. If it were me, I would take him to a vet right away. It may be nothing, but if they can get bloat and he has bloat, I know it can be fatal if not taken care of. I just would not take a risk...
