It's always fascinating to read about the various studies being conducted to help increase the number of service dogs being produced. A friend of mine became a breeder caretaker like I am and I helped whelp her breeder's first litter earlier this year. One of the puppies from that litter is participating in this Duke study. It's cool to know he's helping to push research forward.

Can't wait to one day learn what the results of the study show! It's an interesting theory for how to raise a service dog puppy from week 8 through week 20.

There is lots of interesting research at Duke's Canine Cognition Center. This sounds like it would be a great beginning for a service dog as well as fun for the whole campus. Thanks for sharing.
