I've been reading as much as I can and have found many wonderful tips--thanks to all--and wanted to say hello. I just got a 6 mos old female. I'm blessed because she's super sweet and is great to walk on the leash. Looking forward to chatting with you guys!

Hi everyone!

Thanks for all the warm welcome. To kgilman85, I'm actually in Plano as well. I took some pics with my phone the other day. They're not the best, though. Lexi just started chewing stuff. I found my bed sheets on the living room floor last night. She also started jumping up at people which she'd never done before. Guess I better start looking into obedience training at PetSmart or something. I have tons of questions so I'll be posting in topic-appropriate sections real soon. Looking forward to chatting with you guys.

A training class is a wonderful way to not only enforce some basic manners, but also really deepens the bond between the two of you. I'd highly recommend!!!
