Many of you remember this picture from the Golden Retriever Weekly cover a few weeks ago. Well, I liked it so much that I decided to enter it into the Orvis cover contest too.
But this contest supports a great cause - canine cancer research!
Bogey is trying to help fight canine cancer, but he needs your help. Our goal is to raise $500 by January. I started with the first $15, and we'd love all the Bogey fans around here to help support this very worthy cause. I know lots of you support many worthy causes, and I always do my best to throw in $10 or $20 bucks. I would be so grateful if you would help us with this!
Orvis and Eukanuba Dog Food have teamed up with the Morris Animal Foundation to help cure canine cancer. With your help, we can save countless dogs from suffering and premature death. Orvis and Eukanuba, together, will match your tax-deductible contribution to the Canine Cancer Campaign up to a total of $30,000. So, every dollar you donate becomes $2 for the Canine Cancer Campaign.
So please...donate and save dogs' lives!
It doesn't matter if we win or lose this contest - Bogey just wants to help dogs like his friend Meggie and all your other fur friends who are fighting or have fought cancer.
