Hello everyone. My name is Janice. I am a stay at home Mom of four. Last week we had to put down our beloved companion of six years "Buddy". A beautiful golden that was struck twice with mouth cancer. The pain is a little less connecting with fellow golden lovers. I hope in the near future to be able to have another one in our lives. I truly believe that they are called "goldens" for a reason.

Hi Janice. Welcome from a fellow Ontarian. I too just joined the GRF this week. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost Candy two weeks short of her 14th birthday in 2008 of congestive heart failure. We just adopted Sasha on Christmas eve day. It does make the pain go away, and it makes me wonder why you waited so long for another Golden.
