Frontline & Advantix

Hi everyone,

Looking for a little piece of advice here. About 10 days ago before leaving Buenos Aires I gave Marley his Frontline Plus flea drops. When I saw my vet the day before we left, he told me to get Advantix drops fro Marley when we're in Brazil as there are more things he needs protected again here in Rio.

So my question is, can I give him the Advantix drops now, even though it's only 10 days since his last lot (usually it's 1 month), I am scared that I am not protecting him against everything here.

I would be hesitant to apply both product so close together.
Would your vet answer a question like that for you if you just phoned their office? It might be the best, and safest approach for you.

I son't knwo about applying both advantix and frontline, but you could give him the comfortis chew that close to frontline. I had to do that last year when I could not get rid of the fleas.
It's best to check with a vet, but that is what mine recommended.
