I found a bottle of Vanectyl P. My vet wants Lincoln on it long term for now. It was prescribed in September 2008 and I assume it had an expiry of 2010. Would it still be okay to use now? Like what would happen if I used the bottle to finish it up?

I would call the company to find out how long the drug is effective after the expiration/ sell by date.

I would not give it to my dog unless I knew it was going to still work.
