My 1 yr old has always had the issue of panting hard after playing or being in the heat. I'm noticing it more now and wondering if/when it's a concern. Is this normal in goldens?

The temperature could be in the 60s and playing fetch will cause it (only for a short while). The panting is hard (where you see her belly and whole body move). Could it be a breathing or heart condition? I know I may be paranoid...

Totally normal. Some dogs, like my Oriana, do not even need the physical exertion to cause the "choo-choo" pant. Excitement itself, like waiting for dinner, causes her to pant.
