Food is a really tough one. I think we have all gone rings around finding the right food for our pups. I don't think there is one right answer. If it works for your dog stick with it.

Actually, the guaranteed analysis I read on your link looks very much like what you would see on many large breed puppy formulas. People can easily be mislead by the label name. What is "puppy" in one brand's formula might be the same thing labeled "adult" or "all life stages" in another brand's formula.

If your dog seems to be thriving eating it and you're happy with it, then you might as well continue with it. On a side note, the 12% fat is on the lower end. I've found my dogs need a little more than that to maintain healthy coat and skin. I supplement with salmon/fish oil daily. Each dog is different though.

I give them skin and coat vitamins daily so if thats the only issue then it shouldn't be a problem.
