Found out today that my breeder STILL hasn't decided which boy of the two boys in her litter she wants to keep, and which she wants to place. That and she wants the one she places to go to a show/performance home only (the home she had lined up really, really wanted a girl and has decided to wait), so rather than keep two puppies at her place (plus she's going on vacation for a week anyway)...

We're 'renting' a puppy till the right home comes along. : We're pretty excited (at least till I realize again how much work they are and how little time I already have). I will however need lots of reminders that I don't need four dogs!!! It is tempting, but I will try to be strong...

So does anyone mind if I'm a 'guest'? I'll post pictures of course...

On that note I should get to bed... get some sleep while I can (also have a kid who has NOT been sleeping all week...).

That's half the issue, she can't decide. One is more compact in build and more outgoing, so he'd be a great performance dog who could get a CH without a problem. The other is more 'showy' and slightly softer - but still very full of himself. So it's a toss between a possible specials boy with titles or a titled boy with a CH. Her 'fave' changes constantly and without another home to help her decide which puppy leaves...

I keep telling her to keep both but she's not falling for that one yet...:bowl:
