I have come to the conclusion that Davinci, Picasso or Bob Ross (the painter from the 70's with the frizzy hair and how to books,LOL) did not own Golden Retrievers because they could have never completed their masterpieces. We painted a hallway and our puppy (9 months) decide to walk the new paint job and sign the primer with his own signature.

Days like this makes me miss my Golden Riker who passed on Valentines Day. The family called him "The Supervisor" because whatever chores we did he stayed within 10 feet and watched us and the perimeter so no one would sneak up on us. LOL I am attaching a photo of him supervising one of his last projects.

This a photo of Riker supervising in the Garage

I loved Bob Ross.... and his happy little trees!!

Sorry 'bout the paint job, but I can't help but think your pup just wanted to help!! And hey, it's a heck of a cute picture!! (I just hope that comes out of the fur easily....)

Love the shot of your old supervisor, what a sweet face!!

He is fine. The primer was water based. Unfortunately, it was a primer and that was very tough to scrub off. We sat in the tub with a scrubby and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. We will have to snip a few strands of fur when he is asleep. LOL

We painted at the cabin last weekend and I created an imaginary line the dogs were not to cross, and it worked after I put them on the screen porch and closed the door :)!

It would be kinda cool to get a pattern of your dog in the paint <or not so much>.

He is too cute and he reminds me of Bama when he was young. He always wanted to help and Beau would supervise.

Great photos of both dogs. There's just something about the faces on the older Goldens that I really like.
