cut on her pad - should we try to wrap it?

Faith cut one of her pads this morning and i'm trying to figure out how to or if i should treat it at all.

it doesn't seem to be bothering her, she's putting weight on the foot and isn't really cleaning it excessively or anything like that.

but, we keep seeing little blood splots on the floor where she's walking and i'm wondering if i should try to bandage it up.

her vets are closed today, but i can always call the emergency vet if it gets bad (i don't expect to have to do that).

anyone have this before? what did you do?

Try to clean it, and wrap it with vet wrap. Make sure she doesn't try to lick it. If it doesn't get better take her to the vet tomorrow. They might need to prescribe antibiotics for infection.
We had a bad incident a few years ago with torn pads and I can't remember if we were instructed to put ointment on it or not--since keeping it moist and wrapped is not a good thing. Maybe someone on the forum has an idea.
When the pad is healed you might try Mushers Wax to keep it protected when walking outside. We use it on our tender pawed Toby.
