WOW Steph!!!!! So cool!!!!! and how neat to see you and Zoie in action!!!!

I realized watching it, that I used to play that all the time with the boys when they were young and haven't for a LONG time. I am going back to it, especially with winter around the corner and less time outside for us. They LOVE it!
Thanks!

I do this with Tucker outside. It's amazing how quickly he comes. If I don't call him and he doesn't see me, he comes looking. For some reason Shadow always knows where I am.

I've come to the realization that one never stops training. We've been working on the back away and impulse control. It's amazing to see Shadow react so quickly. I guess somewhere along the line I let him blow me off. Not very smart of me...

This is such a great tip. I seem to remember you mentioning this idea when Rookie was a pup. I have used it ever since. I frequently disappear from sight when we're out hiking the trails or if Rookie is off leash at the park. He comes flying back to look for me immediately. He knows I might disappear at any time so he is always very focused on where I am when he's off leash.

As a wonderful trainer friend of mine says, "Training only stops when one of you reaches room temperature!" ;)

Great video and Zoie looks beautiful. Both of you did a great job and it is a great training tool.
