I don't have much to add for you in your breeder search- better to list ones you are looking @ and let folks discuss them... but what kind of rescue would hold a person to a NDA on a dog's history? That's really absurd. It's quite pertinent as to where dog came from and what pedigree dog is made of- health wise AND socially.
