Abbey is 9.5 months and pretty well socialized (she goes to day camp regularly, walks daily, goes to several dog freindly stores with us, and to dog parks). Recently, she started to bark at random individuals while we are out. For instance, we were at PetSmart a few weeks ago and she began barking at an older gentleman. She then began to bark at a petfood sales rep (female) with smock on (she barks at people with uniforms). Last week I let a repairman in through the front door who had no uniform on and she began to bark at him. And it does not appear to be a play bark.
She's done this on at least 10 occasions. We've had her since she was 10 weeks old so I don't know of anything traumatic that could have happened to cause this behavior. She's normally very friendly and easy going.
Anyone know why she may be doing this?
