Looks like Autumm has arrived, almost dark at 7.30pm now.

Even started getting the winter gear ready, waterproof coat, headtorch and new batterys wellie boots and extra towels to get the girls dry after the walk.

Extra mats on the floor for those muddy footprints.

Still think positive spring is coming.:)

I love your positive outlook on life lol

I dont mind the winter if the ground is dry and the air is crispy
I can walk for miles
its the long, wet, windy, muddy days when Ruby wants to go out less than we do that are a bind
I am a lover of long walks in the winter, we are close to Thetford forest which is amazing.

But getting up at 6am and walking in muddy fields is not the best way to start the day:doh:

We have no pavements or street lights where we live hence the headtorch.

But i wouldn't change a thing :)

Don't forget the flashing dog collars, a MUST for crossing the roads.;)

Well I normally don't end up crossing any roads as I take them to a huge field near my house...but I do attach little flashing bike lights to their collars so I can see them whizzing around the fields! Are the flashing collars quite bright then? I might get some for this winter, I don't know why but I always thought they wouldn't be very bright.

Quite like the autumn but will be glad when the berries are of the trees - the blasted things fall into our garden and Quinn hoovers them up, trouble is they make him sick.
But don't like it when you step out the door early in morning and walk into the fine cobwebs - they give me the willies
