Thank you, he's 13 mos. now. The top pic was taken last July. He's got a thing about gardens- he like to move right in and make himself comfortable, maybe it's the nice cool dirt. I've got another one of him when I brought him to my mother's and she was planting some forsythia, so Charlie just watzed over and plopped down in the fresh cool dirt.
There is something about goldens...I guess it is the eyes...you just can't get mad at them. I also had the perfect flower garden. Everything was in perfect color, everything matched in size. It took several months to get it to this point. One morning, I couldn't find Buzz; there he was lying and rolling in the flowers. As I watched him, I thought, Oh well.

He's lovely and takes a great photo, and I can relate to your ruined garden. My Charlie managed to wreck my garden in his first year, he just sat or rolled on all my lovely plants until they gave up!
