Grain-Free Salmon Tunalini dog food - Fromm Family Foods Is olive oil good for dogs?

I dunno if it's the cold winter here in northern California, the dog food (Fromm), her growing up, or the shampoo (Earth Bath) but lately my baby's coat seems dryer. It's not as soft. Also, she sometimes gets static electricty/cling. Wondering if this is normal and anyway to help it?

Is high fat ( > 15%) and high protein (> 20%) good or bad for dogs over 7 months? I read the fat is not the same as fat in human diets and dogs actually need it. Waiting to try the new Fromm formulas soon after I finish the Wellness LBP Also, does higher fat/protein = smaller poops?
