Hello to everyone! :)

I just joined this forum hoping to share my experiences, and get tips or opinions from you all. Together, we could form a nice database on our best friend.

My dog's name is Goldie and she loves walks, swimming, long drives, food, ice-cream, people (especially children), and outings - sulks if she is not included in family activities. She is so good hearted that she befriends every creature in the neighbourhood, and invites cats home  to share her meal.

Welcome from the NC Coast to you and Goldie!

My son studied abroad at the Univ. of Sydney in the spring of '08. He is returning to Australia for a couple of weeks to spend some time with his girlfriend who will be studying abroad in Australia the first sememster then goes to New Zealand the second semester.

My son loved Australia-the landscape and scenery is beautiful there. Can't wait to see pics of Goldie.

Thanks for the welcome messages

:thanks: Thanks for all the welcome messages.

Goldie is 5 years old and says "Woof" to all her friends on this forum :p:. We live in Perth, which is on the western part of Australia as compared to Sydney which is on the eastern coast.

PS Apologies, I am trying to work my way around this forum so am not sure of all its functions. I had included a photo of Goldie in her profile and assumed that it would appear in my initial post. :uhoh:

welcome to the forum,

Goldie is a pretty girl. Glad you have joined us. If you go to the top of the forum, you will see a section FAQS. It has alot of great information on how to use the forum and the different functions. But if you cant find it just ask away. If you want the picture next to your name it is an avatar, so go to the USER CP and edit your avatar.
