I like labs but I find that the Goldens are a little easier to train. Your more likely to get a head case with a lab than a Golden. By that I mean stubborn LOL. Welcome to the forum!!

Welcome to the forum. My advice is to get a golden. Though goldens have more fur, golden fur is much easier to vacuum up than lab fur.

Hello and Welcome,
I would get a golden over a lab. Most of the lab's I have been around have been very stubborn and harder to train. As far as the fur, I find the lab hair alot harder to get off of things than golden fur. But both are good dogs.
