Nosey Neighbour!

Here is Cooper being nosey! He stands on the picnic bench so that he can see over into the neighbours garden. Im glad that they cant see him for the trees!

I think you and the neighbors are lucky that the fence isn't lower or the bench higher - Cooper would definitely NOT be satisfied just looking over from what you're writing about him - they would have a frequent visitor for sure... :D
