Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question I'm from Massachusetts and there are a few of the above places here but, they only accept neutered dogs? It doesn't matter male or female....is it like that everywhere or just up in my neck of the woods ! I guess I see why but I don't agree with it ! especially the dog parks or runs where the owners are usually with there pets. day care I can see because the pets are under someone else's control and the dogs may not react or respond as quickly as they would for the owners!

Every dog park or day care around here requires the dogs to be neutered. If you got your dog from a breeder and is not neutered, maybe your breeder would dog sit for you if you had to go out of town.

1) Dog parks are not a good place to take an intact dog.... because you don't if the other male/female dogs are altered....and you don't want dogpark puppies.
2) While many boarding facilities require it, if you call and ask, quite a few will make exceptions, esp if you already have a relationship.
3) Understandably, facilities are hesitant about taking risks of someone mis-grouping dogs.
