YESS!!!! The Booster Bath Arrived!!

It took all of 15 minutes to put it together....
Nice quality, yet light weight - the thing was designed with some thought.

I ordered the Tropic Shower thingy to get warm water from my washing machine hookup to the tub...however the valve that allows the water to travel down though the hose broke...:(

I was dreading having to deal with sending it back...

I noticed that the Paws For Thought people had a toll free number and a note that said, "we want you to be pleased"....so I called.
I have to tell you I was so very pleased with their service.
They apologized and said they would ship another out today...I didn't have to jump through any hoops...and I didn't have to go through Costco (not that it would have been terrible to do that either...it just would have taken much longer...).

She asked where I purchased the Booster Bath and Tropic Shower..I thought when she knew I didn't order it direct that it would be a problem....but NO! She said ooooh you got the best deal:)...and then asked if I got the free shipping too!

I just love dealing with companies like this and have to give them a pat on the back for really taking care of their customers! She very easily could have made me deal with Costco and wait for the product to go though channels....but she didn't....

WELL DONE Paws for Thought www.dogbath.com

PS...She said that they are working on getting the ramp on sale through Costco with free shipping...so for those of you that need/want a ramp....keep checking...

Isn't it nice to be able to report a GOOD customer service experience? Glad you got the bath. We look forward to seeing some pictures of it being put to good use.

I told Glenn he cant use it while Im away...He looked at me like I had three heads...he doesnt wash dogs unless it is an EMERGENCY bath...
Perhaps I have a resource guarding issue?? LOL

I gave my foster dog a bath today, then went in and ordered the Booster Tub as soon as I was done because my back was aching! Why didn't I order before?! lol

We just used ours for the first time last weekend. We got it from Costco with the free shipping. Three dogs done and it worked great. My DH put hot water out back so it was even better. No more cold baths with the hose.

Oh perfect! I am sending the bumpass's out for a bath! I gotta get me one of those.

We are having a houseguest for two weeks starting tomorrow. (A guy from Nashville that plays in DH's band) Well the first time he was here, many years ago, he didn't know he was supposed to shower in the BACK bathroom. He came out and said there was dog hair all over his feet. I was like, sorry, that's the dogs bath....

I bathed 4 Goldens last Saturday, and it was sooooo easy with the Booster Bath! And then my new dryer got them all dried in record time :)

Unfortunately, the BB is now home to 2 baby starlings who fell out of their stupid nest in my garage. It was the safest place I could figure to put them in the garage! I'm gonna have to sterilize it when they finally leave.
